As winter continues to roll on, the Harvie family is working towards the 9th Annual Bull Sale on March 13th at the ranch. The last week of January, we began calving at a feverish rate, with 10-15 calves a day on Feb 8th we are at 175 calves. With calving 350 cows, we look to be wrapped up before March 13th! If you have any questions about our bulls on offer, or would like to walk through the bulls, please give us a call.

Females

The process of embryo transfer in cattle allows us, as registered breeders, to produce more offspring from the outstanding cows in our herds. The Polled Hereford cows below, were chosen to be embryo donors because of their proven performance and consistency in our breeding program. We are pleased to offer frozen embryos for export and progeny (bulls and females) for sale from the very top cows at Harvie Ranching.

Sires

We are pleased to showcase our Polled Hereford, Charolais, and Simmental sires for your inspection. These are bulls we have raised from our own breeding program or selected from top breeders in Canada and internationally and all have been used successfully within our herds. Frozen semen is available for sale and export on many of these outstanding bulls. We also have bulls and females on offer either through private treaty or via bull and production sales.
